This program aims at explaining the legal and applied aspects for documentary credits and guarantee letters and at revealing the technical aspects and the problems facing banks and their clients.

First: documentary credits:

• The definition and application of documentary credits.

• The bank shall issue guarantee letter and audit documents.
• The risks of documentary credits.
• Bank guarantee for documentary credits.

Second: guarantee letters:

• The definition of guarantee letters and their basic types.
• Banks obligations resulted from guarantee letters.
• The risks of guarantee letters.
• Banks guarantees of guarantee letters.
