Q1: Where do you setup your courses?
A1: In case of public training, the course will be held at a five star hotel in the country which the course will be conducted. And for the on-site training the courses will be held at your request either in your place or a conference room at any hotel “which will not be our responsibility”
Q2: What does the training package include?
A2: In case of public training we will responsible for,
a) Providing the course material
b) Providing the Data show
c) Providing the instructor
d) 1 Coffee break
e) 1 Lunch Break
f) The Venue reservation
In case of on-site training we will only responsible for,
a) Providing the course material
b) Providing the instructor
Q3: Can I attend a course at noon?
A3: Yes, Our courses can be conducted at mornings and noon according to the agreement before the course.
Q4: What type of instructors should I expect?
A4: All our instructors are the best of what they do and their CVs are available upon request.
Q5: Can I mix two or more courses in one course?
A5: Yes, Some courses can be mixed or compressed according to your needs; this is a service we provide called custom training, this service is available under certain conditions and should be handled directly with the training director.
Q6: Are there any discounts I can have?
A6: Discounts will be announced through our newsletters which you can join now for free.
Q7: What is the attendee’s minimum and maximum limit per course?
A7: In case of public training the minimum will be (8) and the maximum number will be (20) per course. In case of On-Site training the minimum number will be (10), and the maximum number will be (20) per course.

Q9: What language do you use in the courses?
A9: All our courses are available in Arabic and English language except a few courses which are restricted to a certain language.
Q10: In case if I want to cancel the reservation, can I refund?
A10: Yes, but to collect your refund you must send a cancelation request only by fax or mail before 10 days from the course date “Phone calls are not applicable” otherwise there will be no refunds. |
